Welcome to Nakovsky! To keep our server fun and fair for everyone, we ask that you follow these guidelines. By playing on our server, you agree to these rules.
Treat other players and staff with kindness. No harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior. We're all here to have fun together!
Keep the game fair for everyone:
Only you are responsible for your account. Don't share your password with anyone, and let us know immediately if something suspicious happens. We can't recover items lost to account breaches.
If our anti-cheat system or a member of staff requests a screenshot, you or your client must provide it. This helps us keep the server fair and free of cheaters. Refusing a screenshot request may result in a ban pending investigation. Screenshots are required to play on this server.
If you break the rules, we can suspend or ban your access. This might be permanent and without a refund. If you think a ban was unfair, you can appeal through our Discord.
The server runs as-is. We try our best to keep things smooth, but we can't promise zero downtime or data loss. Backups happen, but we're not responsible for lost progress.
We might update features, rules, or gameplay without warning. By continuing to play, you accept these changes.
Got a problem? Use our Discord. We handle player disputes there. We're not responsible for conflicts between players outside our control.
Most importantly, enjoy yourself! Nakovsky is a community server built by players, for players. Help keep it awesome by following these guidelines.
By accessing our servers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use Nakovsky services.
